The 2003 volleyball team ended the year with a 32-3 overall record including going 10-0 in the East Sierra League. In postseason play CVC was able to defeat Laton and Bakersfield Christian to advance to the  Division 5 championship against league rival Immanuel. CVC was able to defeat Immanuel with a three game sweep and secure the programs 5th straight title. The team went on from there to defeat Santa Clarita and Grace Brethren in a sweep to secure a spot in the Southern California Regional Final for just the 2nd time in program history. There CVC fell to Sante Fe Christian and settled for runner up in the regional.

The 2004 team lost a few key members from the year before, but was determined to follow up the success of the 2003 team. In 2004 CVC finished the season 22-3. One of those losses was to League opponent Bakersfield Christian who they then met again in the Divsision 5 semifinals after an opening round win over Fresno Christian. CVC got the best of Bakersfield Christian in 4 games and set up a rematch with Immanuel for the Division 5 championship. In a match that went to the final 5th set CVC was able to pull out the victory and a 6th straight championship! Once again CVC went in to the Southern California regional playoffs and after victories over Desert Christian Academy and Tri-City Christian CVC found themselves in the regional final once more. For the second straight year CVC had to settle for runner up after falling to Sante Fe Christian once again 3-0.

These teams continued the run of success for CVC volleyball and raised the bar by making it to 2 straight Southern California Finals. We welcome back the members who play on both or one of the teams.
