Meghan (Scheenstra) Warkentin

While at CVC,  Meghan was twice named Visalia Time-Delta and East Sierra League Player of the Year along with Fresno Bee Player of the year as a Senior while helping her teams to four straight Division 5 championships.  Meghan received a scholarship to play at Pepperdine University. Meghan spent two years at Pepperdine then transferred to Biola University where she led the Eagles in kills in each of her three seasons there and still holds the record for most kills in a season with 629 and kills per game at 5.82 during her 2006 season. Meghan was named NAIA All-American team twice in her time at BIOLA. Meghan returned to CVC as a teacher and took over the Cavalier volleyball team as head coach from 2010-2014. While head coach she compiled a record of 153-36, including 4 sections championships while rising from division 4 to division 2, including an appearance in the Division 3 State Championship in 2013.
