Stephen Vogt

While at CVC,  Stephen was a three-year letter winner in both baseball and basketball. After graduation he attended Azusa Pacific University where he became a NAIA All-American with a career batting average of .448. Steve was then drafted in 2007 by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. After a long road in the minor leagues, Steve made his major league debut on April 6, 2012. After a short stint bouncing back and forth with the Devil Rays,  Steve was traded to the Oakland Athletics. While a member of the Athletics Organization,  Steve was named to the American League All-Star team in 2015 and 2016. In 2017 Steve was claimed off waivers and is now a member of the Milwaukee Brewers. Steve is accompanied tonight by his wife Alyssa, daughter, Payton, and son, Clark.
